Alphabet History: A is for Ainsley House

In the spirit of remote learning, the Campbell Museums presents ALPHABET HISTORY. In addition to other tidbits and virtual History Happy Hour, we will present the Alphabet with each letter representing an artifact, image, or other historical element of the Campbell Museums. Even though the Campbell Museums is closed temporarily, we look forward to building more online content and seeing you in person soon!

You've Got Mail!

Sending and receiving mail is something that many of us take for granted, until it is threatened. Currently, the USPS is faced with a funding crisis but throughout its history, the Postal Service has faced many challenges as well as dangers. The act of delivering mail was a very real threat. Watch our video on the Dangers of Delivery, then take our trivia quiz to test your USPS knowledge. When you are done, write a letter to someone in your life and mail it. Receiving personal mail can help brighten someone's day, support the USPS, and allow you time to reflect on life away from technology.
