Celebrate the magic of the holiday season at the historic Ainsley House.

The Campbell Museum Foundation’s hosts the 32nd Annual Holiday Tea and Tour fundraiser.

Guests will begin their afternoon in the historic Carriage House, where they will enjoy an elegant tea service featuring finger sandwiches, delicious desserts, a special custom Ainsley blend tea, and a celebratory glass of sparkling wine or cider.

Following tea, guests are invited to take a self-guided tour through the beautifully decorated Ainsley House, experiencing the charm, history, and holiday spirit of this treasured Campbell landmark.

In addition to the tea and tour experience, visitors can browse the Holiday Boutique, located in the Carriage House and the Ainsley House kitchen. The boutique offers a carefully curated selection of seasonal gifts, ornaments, jewelry, scarves, home décor, and other unique treasures perfect for holiday shopping.

Tea seating begins at 12:00 p.m.

Proceeds from this annual fundraiser benefit the Campbell Museum Foundation and support exhibits, educational programs, collections preservation, as well as ongoing stewardship of the Campbell Historical Museum and Ainsley House.

Whether gathering with friends, treating family members, or creating a new holiday tradition, the Ainsley House Holiday Teas and Tours offer a festive and memorable way to celebrate the season while helping preserve Campbell’s history for future generations.

This year marks the 32nd anniversary of celebrating the holidays at the Ainsley House, and the theme, Hollywood Holiday, will feature popular, classic holiday movies.  Each room will be adorned to reflect these characters, scenes, aesthetics, or surprises from some notable Christmas films, such as Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Elf, Polar Express, It’s a Wonderful Life, and much more. Touring the Ainsley House for the Holidays will be a magical and unforgettable experience.

Important Information for Holiday Teas and Tours Guests

Holiday Teas and Tours are fundraising events benefiting the Campbell Museum Foundation. Proceeds from the events support exhibits, educational programs, collections preservation, and the ongoing care of the Campbell Historical Museum and Ainsley House.

Please note that the tea menu has been finalized in accordance with our Santa Clara County Health Department permit and catering arrangements. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate menu substitutions, modifications, or special dietary requests.

The historic Ainsley House has limited accessibility. Due to the building's historic nature and layout, the home is not wheelchair accessible beyond the entry foyer and living room. The Carriage House, where the Tea seating takes place, can accommodate wheelchairs. Please let Museum Staff know so we can ensure accessible seating.

Parking can be tough on weekdays. The Ainsley House does try to reserve parking spots for Ainsley House Holiday Tea Guests, but cannot guarantee those spots are not taken by the public, with limited enforcement.
