When the United States entered World War I and World War II, Campbell residents found many ways to support the war effort from home.
Although the fighting took place overseas, people in Campbell contributed through fundraising drives, volunteer work, and community service projects.
During both wars, local organizations, schools, churches, and civic clubs raised money by selling war bonds and stamps.
These fundraising campaigns helped provide supplies, equipment, and support for American troops.
